Directions for use

Follow physician or dietitian guidance to use Nu-life HN Classic.

As Nutritional Supplement

Prepare warm water (below 60℃) to 3-6 scoops and then add water to 1 cups. It can be used as part of nutrition supplement between meals.

As Tube Feeding

57.1 g with 50ml warm water (below 60℃) mix, and add water  into 251ml. ( concentration of 1 kcal/ ml)

Tips

開封前請置於陰涼乾燥處，開封後請緊閉封口，存放於陰涼乾燥處，儘速於3個月內食用完畢。

請以溫開水沖調以免高溫破壞營養成分

添加β-胡蘿蔔素，出現紅褐色顆粒屬正常現象。

採用部分天然原料，成品顏色會略有差異，請安心使用。

本品製程採用噴霧乾燥法若有乾燥褐色或黑色顆粒是正常現象。

本產品屬病人用特殊營養食品，非靜脈注射用，不適合一般人任意食用，其用量、濃度需經過醫生、營養師指導使用，多食對改善此類疾病並無幫助。

中風患者且服用抗癲癎藥物者，需要注意鈣質及維生素D之補充。

本產品含有乳清蛋白與乾酪素鈉(牛奶來源)及黃豆蛋白與纖維(黃豆來源)。

※保存期限:36個月。且以消費者收受日起算，至少仍有1/3效期。
